Using Glozza

These terms apply to the Glozza app and website provided by Suncost LLC. By using Glozza, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. To participate in the beta, you must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and have legal capacity to agree to these terms.

This is a beta

Glozza is in active development. Features, availability, content, and usage limits may change. The beta may contain errors, lose progress, or be interrupted or discontinued. TestFlight builds expire, and participation does not guarantee continued access or a future release.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed it. Do not impersonate others, access accounts without permission, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service.

Learning content and AI

Glozza offers educational practice, including AI-generated conversations, translations, and feedback. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your judgment and verify information when accuracy matters. Glozza does not provide certified translations or professional advice.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate Glozza, provide the features you use, and respond to support requests, as explained in our privacy policy. Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not submit illegal content, infringe others’ rights, or use Glozza to harass or harm people.

Glozza content and software

Glozza’s software, branding, and learning materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited right to use the service for your personal learning, subject to these terms. Do not resell the service or copy or redistribute protected materials without permission, except where the law allows.

Credits and purchases

Some features have usage limits or consume in-app credits. Beta access and any promotional credits do not promise unlimited or permanent access. Any future paid offer will disclose its price and applicable purchase terms before you choose to buy. These terms do not themselves authorize a charge.

Privacy and third-party services

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and use service providers. Apple’s TestFlight terms and other applicable platform terms also apply to your use of those services. Apple does not operate Glozza and is not responsible for our support.

Ending access

You may stop using Glozza at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms, or end the beta. We will provide notice where practical and where required by law.

Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted service or error-free results. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact
